Stay Safe Suit
The Core Jump Suit serves as a universal base layer, offering maximum protection and adaptability. Its dual-layer construction provides a bite and cut/puncture-resistant barrier. An optional thermal inner layer is available, making it suitable as a standalone solution or as a foundation for additional outer layers.
Dual Layer Protection
At the core of our products, we use 2 layers of puncture, stab, and cut-resistant fabric. We use 2 layers of certified 450 g/m² UHMWPE (Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) knitted fabric. In the next step of the process, we select the fabric we will build around our dual-layer 450 gsm UHMWPE fabric. A Single layer of 450gsm UHMWPE is used as a industry standard, but here at STAY SAFE SUIT, we took it a step further, and we create designs that are dual-layer.
What is 450gsm UHMWPE?
450gsm UHMWPE (Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) knitted fabric stands out for offering superior cut, abrasion, and tear resistance, making it an essential material for high-performance safety gear such as cut-resistant gloves, protective motorcycle apparel, and workwear.
